Hopkinsville Parks
The Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation division is run by 13 full-time employees who manage aspects of 8 playgrounds, 3 athletic complexes, and a variety of other facilities. General maintenance of each park is either managed by our division or by Public Works. Any questions or concerns about a park can be directed to either department.
Reservations
Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation issue permits for special events, picnics, sports field and gym usage, and large public events. Our reservation process is self-service. You can view all of our facilities available to reserve here. If a date does not have a "reserve" button on it, that means that date is full. If you are unable to use our online self-service process, we can assist you by phone, or by coming into the Parks and Recreation office located at The Thomas Street Recreation Center.

Reservations are only accepted from April 1st to October 30th. When planning your event, it is very important to make your reservation as early as possible, as many of our dates, especially Saturdays, fill quickly.
