KITE-FEST
An afternoon of kite flying and fun. There are prizes for Largest Kite, Smallest Kite, Longest Flight and Judges Choice.
PENNYRILE REGIONAL SENIOR GAMES
The Division of Parks and Recreation will be hosting the Pennyrile Regional Senior Games April 19-21, 2010. Over 300 “Seniors” from the nine county Pennyrile region attend each year.
LITTLE RIVER DAYS FESTIVAL
Little River Days Festival is a family festival. There are Arts & Crafts, Commercial Booths, Live Entertainment, Road Races, Bike Tours, Carnival Rides, Concession Booths and more. Contact 270-890-0620 for details.
DOWNTOWN SWAP & SHOP
A downtown community FLEA MARKET taking place each Saturday morning at Founder's Square, 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, May through September! (Exeptions are May 15th, May 29th, July 3rd, and September 4th)
COSTUME PARADE
Come in costume for a parade around the mall and a morning of fun and prizes! Registration will begin at 9:30 AM.
VETERAN'S DAY HONOR PARADE
Veteran’s will be honored during a ceremony following the Parade at the Justice Center. Music, food and displays will fill the Square.
CHRISTMAS PARADE/CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING
Enter your own float, or just come out for a "Holly Jolly" good time as you watch the Christmas Parade! Don't forget to join us for the Tree Lighting immediatly following!
